Ron Raphoon is the Manager of Raphoon, LLC and a specialist in pipeline coatings and HDD integrity. As the Chairman of AMPP SC-03, he leads the development of international standards for external pipeline coatings, drawing on experience as an FBE plant manager and strategic consultant.

Ron is a published author and long-standing industry contributor whose work connects engineering specifications with field execution. His focus covers the long-term performance of pipeline coating systems, with particular attention to HDD integrity and the application of protective coating strategies.
