Brooke Sinclair is the utilities national market sector lead at EnSafe Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in environmental health and safety (EHS). She conducts audits and develops EHS and emergency planning programs for clients across the country.

Brooke previously spent nearly two decades at the Knoxville Utilities Board, where she held roles in compliance, safety, maintenance, and construction, most recently serving as director of engineering. Her work reflects a strong commitment to utility safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
